This privacy policy applies to Mo Gita Bahi, which is an Offline Odia Christian Song Book, Holy Bible, and Audio Player application (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices. The Application was created by PREMRAJ PANI (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") and is provided as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

• The pages or sections of the Application that you visit, along with the time and date of your visit.

• The total time spent on the Application.

• The operating system you use on your mobile device.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. Additionally, the Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information provided to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions. For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any requested information will be retained and used strictly as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Voluntary Support and Third-Party Payments

The Application may provide links to an external website (support.mogitabahi.in) to help users voluntarily contribute toward server maintenance and operational costs of the Application. Any financial contributions or support made through these external links are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). The Service Provider does not store, process, or collect sensitive financial data, credit/debit card details, or UPI credentials on the Application or its servers. All payment transactions are governed strictly by the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party payment provider.

3. Device Permissions and Audio Playback

To provide a complete media experience, the Application includes an integrated MP3 audio player that supports both online streaming and offline playback. To facilitate these features, the Application requires the following permissions:

• Local Storage Access (Read Media/Files): The Application requests permission to access your device's local storage strictly to locate and play downloaded or locally saved audio files (MP3s). The Application does not access, collect, read, or transmit your personal files, photos, videos, or any other non-audio data.

• Internet Access: The Application requires an active internet connection to stream audio files from online servers. Standard network data (such as your IP address) is utilized to establish this connection; however, the Service Provider does not track, store, or sell your specific listening history.

4. Audio Content and Copyright Permissions

The online audio content (MP3 tracks) streamed within the Application remains the intellectual property of its respective original creators and owners (including specific YouTube channel owners). The Service Provider has obtained explicit permission and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) via email directly from these respective owners to legally stream and utilize their audio content within this Application. The Service Provider strictly respects all copyright laws and does not claim ownership over the third-party audio content provided through the streaming feature.

5. Third-Party Content and Scriptures (Bible Versions)

The Application includes and displays Holy Bible scriptures in multiple languages for religious and educational purposes:

• Odia & Hindi: Indian Revised Version (IRV) Bible.

• English: World English Bible (WEB) version.

These texts are provided for offline reading within the app. The Application does not modify the core text of these Bible versions, nor does it track or collect any personal data regarding your reading habits, bookmarks, or search history within the scriptures. All your reading history and notes (if any) are stored locally on your device.

6. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

• With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

7. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace/network.

8. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like them to delete any User-Provided Data that you have submitted via the Application, please contact them at mogitabahi@gmail.com, and they will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. We encourage all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application without their permission.
